I would highly recommend AED Advantage to purchase replacement packs or the entire product!  I was pleasantly surprised this morning by a phone call from AED Advantage asking some questions about our current unit and why we made the purchase of replacement packs.  AED Advantage will now follow up when the replacement packs expire and when our unit has reached its max recommended life expectancy.  They will also "buy back" the old one and apply that to the purchase of a new one!

I ordered a new battery for my AED and the company called me and explained a number of things of which I was not aware. After speaking to the Rep my order was shipped 3 days earlier than planned and the representative told me if there were any problems to call them back and they would help me solve any issues.

Went through a AED test over the phone. Customer service was pleasant and thorough.
